Botanical Artist, Tutor and Author. Her paintings can be found in private and public collections in Australia and overseas. She successfully exhibits annually at the Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens, the Botanical Art Society of Australia, and the Canberra Botanical Exhibition.

The Himalayan Institute of Natural History Art. Most of her works are housed at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, England. Hemlata is currently working as a Freelance Botanical Illustrator. She is passionate about the conservation of endangered Orchids and other Indian plants.
